FAQ’s
The Open-Book Pricing is for the SmartBoard only. Any accessories or integrations including Camera’s, Microphones, WallMounts are not included. Transportation Cost, the 28% GST and any other tax is not included. Installation and training cost are separate or depends upon the AMC subscribed. Any software subscriptions, Cloud subscription, Voice Subscription is not included, however the Base AI integration is included. We keep no hidden costs, such upfront costs sound ugly now but we value a seamless relationship later.
We provide 1 Year Warranty on all our products. Upto 2 Yrs additional warranty can be purchased for P-R-H components. Our products are robust, however the consumer must ensure there is no voltage fluctuations or improper earthing or wiring at its premise.
Just like normal computers need AMC and servicing for smooth functioning; these large computers too need the same. This helps in major prolonging of the life of the SmartBoard Computer. And more importantly helps teachers or board users with a seamless experience. AMC starts at Rs.300 per board(for MOQ 10).
Yes, we do not deal in order less than 10. Our MOQ is 10 and entire payment needs to be made in advance before delivery.
